Roof Experts, Inc. is the December R-Club Roofer of the Month!

In this special episode of the Roofer of the Month podcast, host Megan Ellsworth sat down with Bella, the marketing director of Roof Experts. The two discussed the work Roof Experts does for their community and how they use their roofing expertise and knowledge to create quality roofs.  

Bella shared, “Our company is really special. We have a lot that we do as a family unit within the company, and I'm really excited to share that with you. Our company is made up of amazing people who not only care about roofing, but more importantly, about our clients.” 

She went on to discuss the company’s outlook on roofing and the services they provide, which she explained, “If there’s a roof, we can do it! Our owner, Anthony Cass, has been in the roofing industry for about 20 plus years, and because of those years of gaining expertise, we’re able to do any roofing project, whether it be residential or commercial.”  

Roof Experts is capable of working on a diverse array of projects, whether you need a TPO roof, special gutter job or even a skylight installation. Bella shared, “We’re essentially a one-stop-shop!” 

When asked how Roof Experts defines “superior customer service,” Bella shared that they take a personalized approach, “Even though we work in roofing, a lot of what we do is customer service. I believe good customer service comes down to communication, and that is what we try to do here at Roof Experts, communicating through real people and before doing a roof inspection, we send a photo and bio of the person who will be doing the inspection to the customer.”
