Recently, our COO Karen Edwards spoke with Leap’s Sales Development Representative Shel Ansari and JobProgress’s Account Executive John Radich at the Western States Roofing Contractor Association (WSRCA)’s 2022 Western Roofing Expo. There, the three discussed Leap and JobProgress’s recent merger as well as what their newly merged company can do for roofers.
On their own, Leap has always been about offering solutions for roofing companies to streamline their services. “Leap can do it all,” Shel says. “We streamline everything with the estimates, proposals, contracts, we even can help with the financing.”
Now, with the resources from JobProgress, the two companies have created a stronger service for their customers in the roofing and building industries. John says that where JobProgress comes in with adding to Leap’s robust set of resources is with organizing all the tools they already have.
“Where JobProgress comes in, we help to organize all that, create all of those things into one place so these contractors don't have to actually be moving in a ton of different directions, going over to Excel files here, or emails there,” John says. “We give them that all in one solution.”
Overall, the two say that their merger has been going quite smoothly. Although merging two companies can be a stressful situation, they say that the transition has been successful and welcoming. “They've (Leap) been excellent with welcoming us with open arms,” John says. “There's also JobProgress employees here and there's also more Leap employees here and it's just like we've been working together our whole careers.”
