In a recent episode of the Roofing Roadtrips Podcast, Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with Jon Gardner from Owens Corning and Adam Bensman from the Roof Strategist to discuss sales strategies contractors can use to up their game.
“My real passion, what drives me every day, is communication and teaching salespeople that were in my shoes, coming into the industry, the skillsets they need that they can apply in the field to transform their life," explained Adam, “That's what I love about the roofing industry is it is a level playing field regardless of your age, regardless of your sex, regardless of your background, your education, how much money you've earned or are earning. The minute we're out there on our own, it is an equal opportunity. And I love that the low barrier of entry just provides a springboard for folks.”
Adam has taken to sharing his expertise and industry insight by running The Roof Strategist’s YouTube channel and podcasts. Years of hard work in sales has led him to great success in helping clients not only visualize but reach their goals. And he’s done that by working on the Owens Corning University program.
