The Temme Waterfront Workshop in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin is meant to function as a multi-use workspace. In order to create a workspace that looks great and is a functional place to work out of, Troy and Gail Temme hired Fox Structures Inc. to design and build a structure that would meet their needs.
The project was finished in just three months, complete with an interior that includes a hobby shop and business offices. For the exterior, Fox Structures Inc installed metal roof and wall panels, both of which were coated in Sherwin-Williams' Fluropon® and WeatherXL™.
Fluropon is a 70% polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coating system Sherwin-Williams known for its color retention and durability. It’s a great choice for coating metal roof and wall panels. The coating is available in over 50,000 colors. The Temme Waterfront Workshop used Matte Black Fluropon to coat the metal wall panel on the exterior of their new functional workspace.
WeatherXL is a silicone modified polyester (SMP) coating that provides protection to metal under extreme conditions. It resists fading and scratching and offers a variety of colors to choose from. The metal roof panels on the workshop are coated Bright White, creating a juxtaposed yet cohesive sleek and modern aesthetic.
