If you haven’t added a financing portal to your technology stack yet, you won’t want to miss this recent episode of Roofing Road Trips®. Heidi J. Ellsworth sits down with Justus Knight, customer success specialist at Roofle, to discuss the newest RoofQuote Pro V 2.0. This system has the tools you need to take care of your customers, and Justus shows us just how easy it is to provide a quote with no hidden pricing.
From the beginning, Roofle has set out to revolutionize roofing by utilizing cutting-edge technology to make the sales process easier. As Justus explains, “There’s nothing more integral to the sales process than transacting that sale. Consumers primarily are looking for options, so the motivation on Roofle’s side was to provide options. With an email address or a phone number, you can go ahead and get your customer approved for financing within two to five minutes.”
Walking through a live demo of the application process, Justus further elaborates on the number of options provided to the customer. “You can take your customers from a 2% or 3% interest rate, all the way up to basically credit card interest rates. We have them all available, depending on how you want to present to your specific market. You don’t necessarily have to restrict your options to the highest tier of consumers.”
Without needing your sales team to be financial gurus, your company can help a customer make it work. Justus continues, “This is a really nice option, especially if you’re trying to help somebody out who maybe really needs their roof replaced or any other home improvement project.” Maybe none of the initial finance options work for the customer, so as a contractor you can go above and beyond to customize their options and provide a new finance packet with no injury to their credit.
