Shine a spotlight on your roofing rockstars!

Recognize the employees in your company who consistently showcase their hard work, dedication and community service by nominating them for the Roofing Alliance’s MVP Awards. 

The roofing industry thrives on the dedication and hard work of individuals who go above and beyond, both on and off the roof. The Roofing Alliance’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards provide the perfect opportunity to celebrate their contributions. Make sure to submit your nomination for the 2024-25 MVP Awards by September 27, 2024. 

The MVP Awards are designed to recognize workers who demonstrate outstanding performance and leadership on the job and exceptional community involvement outside of work. This prestigious program highlights the invaluable role that field and warehouse workers play in the success of their companies and communities. Do you already have someone in mind? You can nominate your employee for an award in one or both of the following categories: 

Outstanding performance and leadership 

Nominate employees who: 

• Exhibit a strong work ethic and reliability 
• Show leadership, initiative and resourcefulness 
• Maintain an outstanding safety record 
• Support and inspire their co-workers 
• Go above and beyond their job responsibilities 

Outstanding community involvement 

Nominate employees who: 

• Volunteer their time and talents within their communities, churches and families 
• Overcome personal challenges and support others facing obstacles 
• Demonstrate exemplary service, leadership, commitment and selflessness 

Eligibility 

The MVP Award program is open to field and warehouse workers employed by a Roofing Alliance or National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) member. Eligible job titles include: 

• Roofing contracting firms: Any field roofing worker, foreman or superintendent 

• Distributor and manufacturer firms: Any warehouse employee, warehouse foreman, driver or equipment operator 

MVP winners and their nominators will be notified in early November. Winners will be celebrated at the International Roofing Expo February 19-21, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Don’t miss this chance to celebrate the MVPs in your company who set the standard for excellence in the roofing industry.
