ServiceCon 2025: Connecting roofing professionals like never before

Centerpoint Connect - ServiceCon 2025
January 12, 2025 at 6:00 a.m.

By Jesse Sanchez.

An industry conference that prioritizes collaboration and actionable takeaways.

In this episode of Roofing Road Trips®, host Megan Ellsworth sat down with Will Riley, a veteran in both roofing and software from Centerpoint Connect. Will shared how ServiceCon 2025 will set a new benchmark for roofing industry events by fostering collaboration and practical growth strategies. Hosted by Centerpoint Connect, the March gathering taking place in The Woodlands, Texas, promises to transform how roofing professionals learn, share and implement service-driven practices.

Will highlighted the conference’s focus on bridging gaps within the industry. “One thing that I hear a lot is, ‘Hey, I’m a service manager. Can you connect me with another service manager so I can just pick their brain?’” Will said, stating that sales managers want to talk to other sales managers or directors. Which are the types of connections they aim to foster.

Unlike traditional conferences, ServiceCon is built around a progressive agenda tailored to roofing professionals at different stages of growth. Will noted that this approach ensures a cohesive experience. “The whole show should feel like it’s connected,” he explained. “Take the content and then go talk about it with your peers, come back, take the next topic and then talk about it again.”

With contributors like Greg Hayne, Chad Westbrook and Bryan Mitchell, the event is designed to be inclusive, aiming to elevate the industry as a whole. Sessions will range from launching service departments to scaling large operations, with plenty of opportunities for peer networking and practical discussions.

Will also described the family-friendly aspect of the event. While professional networking takes center stage during sessions, attendees are encouraged to bring their families and enjoy the venue’s amenities. Will noted, “We want it to be family friendly.”
