Dive into the power of Google Business Profiles to learn the importance of accurate information, a strong brand and detailed content when it comes to enhancing SEO and attracting more customers.

When was the last time you searched for your company on Google? How are the majority of your customers or leads reaching out to you? Does your company have its own brand and is that represented in your photos? These are just a few of the questions to consider when it comes to your online presence and digital marketing. If you aren’t using your Google Business Profile, or you aren’t taking full advantage of it, you won’t want to miss this recent Read Listen Watch (RLW®) episode when Karen Edwards sat down with LMH Agency CEO Danny Braught. They took a deep dive into this free, online resource to help roofing companies increase their Google reviews, boost online visibility and ultimately grow their company.

It may seem obvious, but the first place to start on your business profile is ensuring your business name, phone number and address are accurate. From there, Danny checked off a list of content to fill out when you log into your profile. He explained, “You want to have photos in your Google Business Profile, and you want to have them branded as well. You don’t want to just grab stock images of somebody putting a roof on. The more images you can have of your team wearing your logo, the better.”

You are also able to pull in reviews from other websites and answer questions to share more about your company. The more detailed your Google Business Profile, the more likely you will improve your search engine optimization (SEO). Danny defined SEO, saying, “SEO is optimizing your webpages and optimizing your digital assets so that your company shows up at the top of the search page. You want to show up in the top ten spots, which is the first page of Google. And so, what you’re doing is optimizing [your digital assets] so that Google ranks you at the top. That way, people are clicking on your website more often.”

Filling in the details may seem tedious, but it’s worth it to take the time to leverage this free resource! Read the transcript, Listen to the podcast episode or Watch the webinar to learn more about updating your Google Business Profile so you can start increasing your leads today.
