Sales Transformation Group (STG) is excited to honor and recognize some of the many hard workers in the roofing and construction community through their annual STG Awards. This year's recipients will be acknowledged at the STG TEAM 2021 Event, taking place in Sonora, Texas at the JLBar Ranch & Resort March 18 - 21. All nominations are due by the January 15, 2021, so be sure to submit your nomination form now before it’s too late! 

The categories available for awards include: 

• Company/Team of the Year: This award will be determined by reviewing at financial growth, obstacles that the team or company have overcome, goals that were met or exceeded, organizational culture and engagement in training.  

• Sales Leader of the Year: This individual award recipient has shown leadership in helping the company or team exceed their goals and has contributed to cultivating a culture or organization and excellence at their workplace. When nominating someone for this award, provide a story that emphasizes their leadership skills and be specific. 

• Salesperson of the Year: This person is the MVP of the sales team. The winner of this award is determined by their overall revenue sold and closing percentage.  

• Transformed Sales Person Award: This award goes to a person on the sales team who has undergone incredible growth throughout the year. This is determined by revenue, personal and professional growth, performing responsibilities beyond expectations, leadership, unlocking potential and more. Like the Sales Leader of the Year Award, STG wants you to provide a story detailing the transformation this person has experienced.  

• Partner of the Year: This award recognizes an industry partner who has shown integrity and excellence when serving Sales Transformation Group customers as well as the entire industry.
