Steve Gosk’s new role at MetalForming, LLC is as President and CEO. Celebrating their 25th anniversary during the METALCON show, Geoff and Steve talk about 25 years of bringing Metal forming equipment and technology to the industry along with Steve’s leadership role as Geoff steps into retirement and stays on the board to help guide the company forward.

MetalForming, is the largest distributor of metal folding machines in the world and the largest supplier of high-end architectural sheet metal machines in North America. They offer every conceivable metal cutting and forming product including: metal folders, handbrakes, shears, coil processors, decoilers, panel curvers and tapering systems.

“What made us successful was we spent a lot of time talking to customers, asking them what their problems were, and then we would go out into the world and try and find a solution,” says Geoff. “We've been successful and the company's grown beautifully, and that's the result of bringing in new talent, new energy, new ideas.”

MetalForming works to help their customers optimize both job site and factory operations in ways that reduce waste, increase revenue and efficiently position them to meet the needs of today’s metal fabricating businesses. MetalForming is dedicated to helping customers. Their team is comprised of members that are handpicked for their expertise and their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction.

“The focus on the customer, the focus on solving the customer's problems, partnering with premier companies with high-end engineering capability, design capability, and driving that level of customer service, to take care of the customer's problem-- It is a great base to start from,” says Steve. “We need to take that and build upon it...Our customers are evolving. Our competitors are evolving. Technology's evolving. So like any company, we need to evolve and leverage all of that. But we have a great foundation to start from.”
