Adhesive Remnants Left Behind a Sticky Mess

Adhesive residue was left on all the panels of this new construction project. 

Dirt, dust and pollen stuck to the surfaces making the new building look unappealing. This brand new building was under-occupied, costing money every month and the property management company needed a solution. 

Working directly with the property management company, Watts Removal Products was able to outline a maintenance process utilized a specialty product called Cleansweep. A crew was able to effectively remove the dirt and residue on the building in two days. 

With a newly cleaned building, the property management company was able to fill vacant units and the building is now fully occupied.
