INDIANAPOLIS, June 12, 2017 – Angie’s List (NASDAQ: ANGI) today announced the first-quarter winner of its annual “ Work with the Best ” sweepstakes, which offers service pros the opportunity to win power tools and a grand prize of a 2018 work truck. Lenin Rojas of Germantown, MD, was awarded a $3,500 shopping spree to spend on power tools from DEWALT, a leading manufacturer of industrial hand tools and power tools. Rojas is the founder of Daphne’s Cleaning Service, an owner-operated professional cleaning service that handles both residential and commercial cleaning.
“Seven years ago, I partnered with Angie’s List. It really helped my company get discovered by their members, and it was a great way for us to recognized for the good work we’ve done,” said Mr. Rojas. “Winning $3,500 to spend on DEWALT tools was a huge treat for me, especially as I chose products for improving my own home that will benefit my entire family.”
Angie’s List will announce the three subsequent winners of the power-tool shopping spree after each quarter. The grand prize winner of the 2018 work truck, valued at $45,000, will be announced in January 2018. There is no fee to enter the “Work with the Best” sweepstakes, and service pros can enter the sweepstakes through December 31 here.
“For more than 20 years, Angie’s List has been a sought-after resource for consumers and local businesses, alike,” said Angie’s List founder, Angie Hicks. “Our ‘Work with the Best’ sweepstakes enables us to proudly recognize and help grow the businesses of services pros from across the country.”
