There is labor, but it is inexperienced. Many work from company to company and never really get experience. They are concerned only with how much they are paid. I have been roofing in Brevard, Florida, for over 30 years, and the labor pool has decreased. I have found that giving the employees a plan of increased pay for their learning retains people better.
