Latinos en Roofing
Amparo Sancen started Latinos En Roofing with a coffee meeting of 3 companies in Dallas. She wanted to bring resources and share her knowledge with the people who had asked her. What she didn't know was that her small coffee meeting would become 30 companies from all over Texas that were coming. Word spread and once people saw it, they wanted to know how they could join in. The next event was even bigger, with roofing companies from Tennessee and Georgia.
Amparo learned a lot and began providing advice to others, which led to the rapid growth of Latinos in Roofing. Amparo did it out of her love for the Latin community and worked hard to make the trainings free,
at no cost, realizing her community's hunger for learning.

La Misión
El objetivo de Latinos En Roofing es apoyar a la comunidad latina con recursos, herramientas y conocimientos para hacer crecer su negocio de Roofing. Muchos de nuestros miembros ingresan a la industria del Roofing sin experiencia previa, por lo que invitamos a educadores a hablar sobre el proceso de seguros y reclamaciones, consejos para el 'Door Knocking' (técnica de puerta a puerta) y la educación sobre la instalación adecuada. The Mission
The objective of Latinos En Roofing is to support the Latin community with resources, tools and knowledge to grow their roofing business. Many of our members enter the Roofing industry with no prior experience, so we invite educators to speak about the insurance and claims process, tips for 'Door Knocking' and education on proper installation. The Latino community is seeing the significant profit margins that the roofing business leaves, and we want to make sure "Let the industry know how to file a claim correctly and how to install a quality roof so that homeowners receive the best service possible.
