Benchmark currently has 20 Registered Roof Observers (RRO) and 5 Registered Roof Consultants (RRC) on staff. Our consultants boast extensive experience and receive ongoing training across a spectrum of roof systems, encompassing single-ply, built-up roofing (BUR), modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, standing seam metal and steep slope systems.
