Access safety information in the palm of your hand.

Being a member of the Western States Roofing Contractor Association (WSRCA) just got better.  The WSRCA Mobile Safety Solutions website gives you the freedom to hold a safety meeting anywhere.  According to WSRCA, members can now enjoy “...instant mobile access to the latest safety compliance information,” through the Member’s Clubhouse.

WSRCA is dedicated to, “cover[ing] the latest developments in all the western regional states.  These regulations can impact your business in a major way.”  Members will be able to find basic information on safety documentation and inspection on the mobile site.  Additionally, you have access to safety consultation from WSRCA safety partners.

With the addition of the Mobile Safety Solutions website, members now have access to WSRCA safety materials in the field.  These include field cards, tailgate talks, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) related materials.  Field cards have information on, “personal protection equipment, fall protection, ladder safety, warning lines, and much more,” WSRCA explains.  Safety Tailgate Talks is a 52-week program with talks delivered to you weekly.  These can be administered on the jobsite with ease, and WSRCA shares, “Your crew can stay in compliance over morning coffee before the day begins.”  Lastly, learn about the latest safety news from the OSHA website.  WSRCA recommends you, “...follow their model of Plan— Provide— Train so that falls from roofs, scaffolding and ladders are prevented!”

PDF downloads are available on the Mobile Safety Solutions website too.  Forms to help with compliance include, “WSRCA safety workbook, signature sheets for employees, and Spanish-in-a-Pinch translations cards,” WSRCA points out.

You’ll be able to find ROOF TALK in your Member Clubhouse.  Here you can read and discuss roofing related topics and informative articles with other members online.  “Find the answers you need, discuss current issues and concerns from the field, and stay informed on the latest safety, code and federal regulations that affect your day-to-day business,” WSRCA describes.  Posts fall into one of the following categories for your searching convenience: safety, technical, legal, business, member in the news, WSRCA updates.

Stay informed and up-to-date on industry issues with ease.  WSRCA is dedicated to helping their members stay safe out in the field, keeping them up to date on the latest regulations, aware of work-related hazards, and finding ways to prevent injuries.  Not only will members benefit from the information on the Mobile Safety Solutions website, they’ll be able to access it with ease.  With this addition, WSRCA is happy to announce that you can, “Hold a safety meeting anywhere, anytime— even on the roof!”
