If you haven’t already gotten your ticket to the 2025 National Women In Roofing (NWIR) Days, make sure you do! NWIR Days is a premier conference for women in the roofing industry to come together and learn. This year’s conference will be hosted directly prior to the International Roofing Expo (IRE) from Sunday, February 16, 2025 to Monday, February 17, 2025. The Grand Hyatt Riverwalk San Antonio will be the host hotel/venue, making it convenient for anyone wanting to attend both NWIR Days and IRE 2025.
From honing leadership skills to building networking relationships, NWIR Days is focused on the needs of women in the professional sphere. Katie Goodman, keynote speaker
This year’s keynote address comes from Katie Goodman, an international comedian and comedy writer. Katie will be speaking on Monday, February 17 prior to the beginning of the education sessions (from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.). Her talk will focus on working in spite of your inner critic, fears and creative blocks.
Heidi J. Ellsworth and Megan Ellsworth of The Coffee Shops™
Podcasts are a powerful way to reach millions of listeners. They provide a new space for the information that was traditionally read in newspapers, books or magazines, or heard on radio and television. With the ongoing labor shortage in the industry, podcasting provides a unique opportunity to engage the next generation of workers. Learn how to harness the power of the podcast in this incredible workshop from The Coffee Shops’ own Heidi J. Ellsworth and Megan Ellsworth on Monday, February 17, 1:25 p.m. - 2:25 p.m.

The solar industry continues to grow, and what better way to make sure you’re keeping up than learning from Jess Cress and Bill Eitenmiller? Their 9:45 a.m. session on Monday, February 17 offers an incredible overview of solar sales, estimation and installation processes. Beyond the overview, this session will go into details like solar proposals and design, as well as showcase a hands-on demo of a PV install.
Erin Hoffman of Certified Financial Services
Erin Hoffman will share strategies for priority stacking financial decisions and overall financial wellness with the attendees of her 9:45 a.m. - 10:45 a.m., Monday, February 17 session. She will be covering topics such as budgeting and retirement planning, as well as helping attendees identify the obstacles to their financial success.
