By Jessica Bravo.

Delivering innovative roofing technology solutions with RoofSnap.

In this Roofing Road Trips® episode, Heidi J. Ellsworth sits down with Ryan Eves and Jim Mallers to discuss strategies for excelling in roofing sales and how the integration of sales technology is proving to be a game-changer. RoofSnap, a company focused on streamlining roofing processes, exemplifies how innovative solutions can address real-world challenges.

EverCommerce, the parent company of RoofSnap, offers a comprehensive solution portfolio that includes 50 different tools, 35 of which cater specifically to the home services industry. Among the recognized solutions are RoofSnap, EverConnect, Socius Marketing, MarketSharp, Improveit 360 and Guild Quality.

Jim Mallers, who has been with EverCommerce for over three and a half years, brings a wealth of experience from his background in building products and strategic marketing. With a decade of experience in the home service industry, Mallers understands the need for seamless integration of sales strategies and technology. He notes, “The more that you enable your sales team or even your pre-sales team with technology, the more capable they are of winning the appointment... then closing the deal.”

Ryan Eves, the product lead at RoofSnap, although relatively new to the home service industry, holds 15 years of experience in product management and design. He elaborates on the importance of automating manual processes to enhance efficiency: “Customer satisfaction is key. We build a technology for the contractor, but really, we're trying to build a technology that makes it easier for you to connect with that homeowner and to build that trust and reach them really quickly.”

The conversation also highlights the significance of roofing technology stacks. These tech stacks not only automate complex processes but also optimize the speed of customer interactions. The efficiency gained through technology allows companies to be the first point of contact- a critical advantage in a competitive market- and helps to schedule and nurture appointments while shortening the sales timeline.

The goal of integrating technology is not to replace traditional methods but to enhance them. The combination of sales and technology stands to redefine success in the roofing industry. With companies like RoofSnap leading the way, the potential for growth and innovation remains infinite.
