MFM offers marketing opportunities on the roof with Co-Branding Program for Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal® underlayment. 

MFM Building Products’ Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal® is a self-adhering roofing underlayment that’s perfect for most roof types. The underlayment is made of a white, cross-laminated, non-slip polyethylene film that’s coated with an aggressive high-temperature asphalt adhesive system to provide protection for the whole roof and works with shingle, shake, tile and metal roofing systems. 

Now you can put your name on this high-temperature underlayment with the Ultra HT Co-Branding Program. Increase your brand awareness with contractors, builders, sub-contractors and the general public by printing your company design next to the Ultra HT/MFM logos. While the underlayment is exposed on the roof, it gives the roofing contractor great visibility. 

There are some stipulations for the Program including the following. The minimum order for the Co-Branded product is 810 cartons (full truckload). There is no price increase over the standard truckload list price, but the customer is responsible for the initial print die printing plates. The last criteria is that the material must be ordered through a distributor – there are no direct sales to roofing contractors. 

You can print nearly anything from logos and web site addresses, to lay lines for installation. Customized technical data sheets and special carton stickers are also included. The cool white film makes graphics pop on the underlayment. Choose any of these colors for your ink: 

• Blue  
• Green  
• Burgundy  
• Black  
• Red
