Hybrid sealant 

TopShield®’s Hybrid Sealant is specifically designed for roofing applications and systems, and is capable of being applied, adhered and cured underwater. Contractors can use this sealant on projects that need to quickly withstand ponding water while bonding to common roofing substrates. This product works as both a lap adhesive and scrim edge seal and can also be used as a night seal and for core cuts. No additional adhesives or sealants are needed and TopShield® hybrid sealant remains flexible after it dries. 

Polyurethane sealant 

TopShield®’s polyurethane sealant has a non-sag formula. This single component, high performance sealant can withstand adverse weather conditions and cures to a flexible weather resistant seal. This product offers primer-less adhesion on most substrates and minimal shrinkage. 

Shingle & flashing aerosol
