Imper-Sol™ EB All-in-One, by Bitec, is a rubber coating that preserves the condition of rooftops. The product features superior adhesion and is resistant to the elements. Imper-Sol EB All-in-One can be used on metal buildings and roofs, modified and BUR roofs, urethane foam roofs and single-ply roofs. Being both a primer and a bleed blocker, this solution only needs to be applied once, so long as the surface is properly prepared.  

Any surface to be coated needs to be clear of debris. A high-pressure water blast will usually clear the surface, but you may need to manually scrape certain bits of debris that won’t loosen with the water. Be sure to use a scraper or wire brush in these cases. If the surface is oily you may want to use a degreaser such as Imper-Sol Cleaner Degreaser. Once this process is completed, the product can be applied 

The outside temperature should be between 50°-100°F to apply a Imper-Sol EB All-in-One. Resist applying in extreme heat or extreme cold. A brush, spray or roller will sufficiently apply the solution to your clean surface. Every gallon can cover up to 100 square feet during its application. It takes just two to four hours to dry. Imper-Sol EB All-in-One has been rated to adhere to wet surfaces, making it a powerful and durable solution.
