MetalForming, Inc.’s Schlebach Quadro PLUS metal forming machine is the most flexible, capable portable standing seam rollforming system. Featuring up to eleven profiles, the Quadro PLUS rollformer can create panels that are certified UL quality, offering factory produced level rollforming in a portable device. Additionally, this machine has met other stringent requirements like Miami Dade testing.
Not only is the quality of rollforming of from this machine top-tier, but the Quadro PLUS machine offers solutions to issues that often arise out of other portable rollforming machines. The Quadro PLUS features a quick profile change over time and extreme accuracy in the finished profile even after changing over.
All the tooling is mounted on a rotating cassette, making it easy to adjust. The profile change over can be accomplished in around two minutes for most profiles, by simply rotating the cassette. Thus, this system offers you more time to spend on producing the panels.
The Quadro PLUIS has flexibility at the heart of its design, boasting fully adjustable panel widths for maximum customization on each job. Plus, through the elite drive system, the machine can produce single sided panels, double male, double female or tapered panels all in the same machine.
More options can be easily added throughout the lifetime of the Quadro PLUS machine, such as a line notching system, an in line Longitudinal slitter (for changing panel width on the fly), integrated Hot Melt Sealant, various ribbing and striation patterns.
