DEC - IndNews - TARC - For Foreman Only Level 2
December 23, 2017 at 9:12 a.m.

The Foreman Class Level 2 is scheduled for January 12, 2018 from 8 am – 4:30 pm in conjunction with the TARC mid-winter meeting.

For Foremen Only, Level 2 reviews discussions about communication and management techniques learned in Level 1 with increased attention to disciplinary conversations and intervention. Level 2 further focuses on building relationships with customers and handling customer complaints. This program includes exercises and conversations to develop leadership skills for these key company leaders. Previous participation in For Foremen Only, Level 1, is preferred but not required.

The Foreman Class will break and join the Mid-Winter Meeting roofing contractors and associates for lunch. This will be a great time for Foremen to get a glimpse into the roofing industry and meet other contractors and associates in the business.

The class will be held at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Learn more or register today!
