Chris tells Heidi that the app was created out of a desire to be what every contractor wants out of their app. “We just went out to our contractors and asked them, ‘What is it you would want to have if we were to build an app or a platform for?’ And so we took all their requests of things they said they wanted, we ranked them and prioritized them,” says Chris. “And here we are today, a few years later and you can place orders, you can view live pricing. We have integrations with multiple CRMs and measurement software. And so really, we always are just approaching with the customer needs in mind.”
They asked and listened. After steeping the development of this platform in many cycles of contractor feedback and testing, Roof Hub became the resource it is today.
It cannot be stated enough how much this technology equips roofers with the peace of mind to stop sweating the small stuff and focus on growing their business. We have just roofing contractors, we have stormers, we have national accounts, we have very, very small people that maybe work hands on themselves, or they have one crew.”
