Taking a Leap into the benefits of CRM

Leap Easing the Pain Taking a Leap
May 13, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

By Anna Lockhart.

Contractors can now simplify the way they manage customer payment methods with the Leap CRM’s new LeapPay feature.

In a recent episode of the Roofing Road Trips® podcast, host Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with Katy Pusch from Leap to discuss the latest addition to the Leap CRM, LeapPay. This new feature allows contractors and home maintenance providers to access a variety of helpful service management tools to streamline their payment processes.

Since January of last year, Katy has served as the vice president of product at Leap, and during that time, she has helped oversee and implement the creation of this new CRM function, LeapPay. She shared, “The Leap platform makes it easier for home improvement businesses to win and manage jobs. Whether you're a neighborhood contractor or a national franchise, we have a complete tool set for you to handle everything from sales production management to customer service, and it's all in a single platform.”

LeapPay helps industry professionals and business owners take control of their business functions in an easy-to-operate, streamlined way. Katy explained, “LeapPay was built to help roofers improve the business processes around payment specifically, making sure that it is easy and seamless and a convenient process for your homeowners to make that payment to you, and come in competitively to help improve your profit margins and defend those profit margins.”

Their hope is that customers utilizing the Leap CRM and LeapPay function can use this tool to better customer relationships, making it easier for customers to make payments in a no-fuss manner. By allowing businesses to manage invoicing and payment tracking on their own time, LeapPay directly impacts the flexibility of the homeowner and business owner experience for the better!

Katy shared, “Homeowners can make secure payments, and it's PCI compliant of course, either in-person or remotely. The fact that they have that flexibility to either give you their card information right when you're on site or can come to a customer portal where they can make the payment easily after the fact, very convenient to have those options.”
