Building a customer-centric culture is key to achieving success as individual businesses and as a larger industry. 

The core of success in the industry is building strong relationships, both with customers and other businesses. A great example of this is the work that Jobba Trade Technologies does by connecting contractors with the technology needed to take their businesses one step further. In the first part of a multi-video CoffeeCast™, Heidi J. Ellsworth hosts Karol Weyman, the vice president of marketing at Jobba, to talk about what their software can do for contractors.  

Karol has been in the technology industry for almost a decade and the building industry for over two. One of her takeaways from those years of experience is the importance of integrating technology into business practices. Her work with Jobba is a great example of this. Jobba hosts a cloud-based software designed for commercial roofers. Karol explained, “It is a business management solution that provides roofing contractors with the state-of-the-art tools that help their business excel by allowing them to spend less time scheduling and bidding projects and more time growing their business and spending time with their customers.” 

Jobba is truly a partner for contractors. They aim to help them focus on their clients by remaining customer-focused in their own work. As Karol explained, “We take action based upon what we hear from our customers, and I think that our customers are in a position to do the same because they're able to streamline their business process, so their clients are front of mind for them.” Overall, Jobba’s technology enables both the company and contractor’s they serve to achieve business success by focusing on client voices and needs. 

In this multi-video CoffeeCast™, Jobba is once again centering the attention on their clients. The series includes five interviews with successful contractors in the industry who “are at different places in their businesses and utilizing Jobba in many different ways.”
