Latinos en Roofing is dedicated to supporting the ambitions and educational opportunities of Latinos looking to grow and build lasting connections within the roofing industry.  

RoofersCoffeeShop®, the award-winning place where the industry meets for technology, information and everyday business, is pleased to welcome Latinos en Roofing into its community for contractors. 

Latinos en Roofing is an organization created to bring together roofing professionals in the Latino community and empower them through business development and educational opportunities. The organization is centered around creating a welcoming space and various growth opportunities for Latinos in roofing to reach their professional goals and aspirations.  

Founded by Amparo Sancen, Latinos en Roofing started as a small meeting over coffee between three companies in Dallas, Texas. From there, the meeting grew to become a larger group, including thirty companies from all across Texas, Tennessee and Georgia. As word spread about these meetings, more and more professionals wanted to join and partake in these inspiring sessions, leading to the organization's creation.  

Through her advocacy and inspiration, she gave to her community through those coffee meetings. Amparo created something much bigger than originally intended but was incredibly needed and embraced by the Latino community. From her love for the Latin community and a vision to see fellow professionals thrive through such educational resources, Latinos en Roofing was born.  

The goal of Latinos en Roofing is to see the Latin community thrive within the roofing industry by providing members with educational resources, business and networking opportunities. Whether looking to start a new business venture or to expand existing skills, there is indeed something worthwhile to be gained from this group for those seeking community within their professions.
