Q: What makes composite roofing so appealing to the Texas marketplace?

A: Composite roofing is attractive to homeowners here in the North Texas market due to its durability in extreme weather, resistance to UV rays and low maintenance. That makes it well-suited for the region’s diverse climate and environmental conditions.

Q: How long has your company been installing DaVinci Roofscapes composite products?

A: My team has been installing DaVinci products since 2008.

Q: Why have you found success with DaVinci products instead of other composite roofing materials?

A: Our success with DaVinci over other composite roofing materials I believe stems from factors such as the durability, aesthetic appeal, and the resistance to weathering, curling etc. that provides a superior overall roofing solution. A lot of other synthetic products around here fade badly, curl, crack and overall they just look horrendous.

Q: In your marketplace, what are the specific features of composite products that "sell" the best to your customers?

A: Definitely the aesthetics! Also the impact and wind rating is a huge benefit in the north Texas market due to the amount of storms we get every year.

Q: How have DaVinci products helped increase sales for your company?

A: DaVinci has boosted our sales due to the durability, aesthetics and overall quality which attract homeowners seeking a reliable and long-lasting roofing system.

Q: What aspect of the DaVinci Masterpiece Contractor program have you used to increase your business in the past few years?

A: We have used and marketed the blogs that DaVinci has done on our company through social media. We put custom metal yard signs out when we have projects going on. In addition we’ve used customized postcards sent to neighborhoods.

Q: What’s your “secret weapon” in a sales presentation for convincing a customer to invest in composite roofing?

A: I think our secret weapon that attracts our homeowners is the before and after photos of the beautiful projects we do. The proof is in the pudding. When we show how we bring homes back to life with new curb appeal because of the new roof, that brings out the “wow factor” that homeowners can’t ignore. 

Q: Finally, if you had to retire tomorrow, how would you fill your time?

A: You’d definitely find me on the beach somewhere fishing, surfing and just enjoying life.
