In this episode of Roofing Road Trips®, Megan Ellsworth sat down with Kristin and Tony Case, co-founders of Hi-Peak Staffing Solutions, to discuss their groundbreaking work in specialized roofing recruitment. Their approach combines industry expertise, a vast network of candidates and a commitment to streamlined service.

Kristin, who has over a decade of experience in roofing recruitment, explains the company's edge: “We specialize in roofing placement. We've built our database up to 10,000 candidates in roofing as well as a LinkedIn profile. The combination of the seven of us probably have maybe 25,000, 30,000 connections in roofing, so that's what you get when you reach out to us.” Tony adds, “We kind of have that model where we'd rather be exceptional at one thing than okay at everything. And so this is what we do. We are the roofing recruiters, and we want to be that one call.”

Hi-Peak Staffing Solutions stands out for its quick turnaround, often providing clients with a list of candidates within five to 10 business days. Their network and technology allow them to meet clients' urgent needs, even for highly specific roles like estimators proficient in Xactimate or sales professionals with expertise in TPO and EPDM roof systems.

Kristin shares a story of placing a candidate as a senior project manager who later rose to become a branch president: “I placed someone with one of my large roofing contractors as a senior project manager and now he is the branch president... That is my favorite story, because I told him that they love to promote from within and they kept that promise.”
