The National Roofing Contractors Association invites all industry professionals to come together for Roofing Day in D.C. 2022 April 5-6.
Roofing Day in D.C. brings together roofing contractors, distributors, manufacturers and other industry stakeholders from throughout the U.S. to voice the industry’s priorities to Congress. It is crucial members of Congress see roofing professionals and hear about the critical issues facing the roofing industry.
“If I learned one thing during my time in Congress, it is that engagement with a constituent works,” says Reid Ribble, NRCA’s CEO. “We are the constituents, and our legislators need to hear directly from us. Nothing is more effective than when a member of Congress hears directly from a voter. Your voice matters. You can and have made things better by being there. Please join us in D.C.!”
All roofing professionals are urged to participate and consider bringing one or more employees.
Roofing Day in D.C. is the largest advocacy event dedicated solely to the roofing industry. This year’s attendees will visit with members of Congress to thank them for passing infrastructure legislation with a strong buildings component and discuss federal legislation to address workforce challenges, among other key issues.
