New Benefit For Members: Sales Coaching and Business Resources

Sales Transformation Group New Benefit for Members

Resource will help contractors improve their sales and create predictable revenue.

The Western States Roofing Contractors Association is thrilled to introduce a new member benefit to its contractor members! Ryan Groth, Founder of Sales Transformation Group, is now a resource that WSRCA contractor members can use to improve the sales training aspects of their businesses.

As a WSRCA contractor member, you will have access to:

  • One-time coaching call for WSRCA contractor members.
  • WSRCA contractor members receive $1,000 off sales training course and group coaching program with lifetime access to the program (Sales Accelerator: For Growth Minded Contractors).
  • Quarterly information bulletin to WSRCA members. This will also be housed in the business section of the Members Area.

In addition to these helpful benefits, Sales Transformation Group will also be accessible at the annual Western Roofing Expo. Ryan and the Sales Transformation Group will present an educational session at the WRE, will have a booth on the trade show floor to showcase their services, and will be available in the WSRCA Contractor Members Lounge prior to the trade show opening.

Ryan is a family man, former professional baseball player, and sales trainer helping contractors move from reactive to proactive and build winning teams. Growing up with his mom and stepdad’s custom home building company, Ryan saw the highs and lows of a family business. After he played baseball and transitioned to his career, he connected with an innovative commercial roofing contractor who wanted to sell a sales management CRM program. After Ryan implemented the system, he found that his passion for coaching and training the people using the system was the key to helping create results. His coaching skills took off and that’s how Sales Transformation Group was birthed. His high energy and authentic approach has helped him partner with hundreds of roofing teams in creating high performing sales producers.
