Diego recently moved into his position as the Florida and Carolina sales manager, but he’s been working with CIDAN over the last year and a half as a service technician. He’s excited about the transition to sales and says that his experience with the company is very important. “When customers are trying to make an investment, they really want to be sure of what they’re getting, so it’s good to have that technical knowledge so you can answer all the questions they might have about the products.”  

The company has a reputation at trade shows for bringing equipment with them and giving demos on the exhibit floors. This year was no different. They showcased one of their double folder machines, which is completely automatic and can make a metal frame or wall panel in no time. Not only do these machines make the work easier, but as Diego discusses, “The labor shortage is a huge deal right now, which is why people are moving towards automation right? That’s when our machines really come to shine because they eliminate the need to have so many people running your pieces. It solves a big problem [in the industry].”
