Leading with passion: A journey in roofing

Beth Berinti’s career path has been anything but ordinary. Having made the leap from the world of retail management to a pivotal role at Tremco, she now oversees a dedicated team of women supporting the company’s national sales efforts. Though she only recently stepped into this new position, Beth has been with Tremco long enough to develop a deep appreciation for the company culture. 

“I don't think I've ever been in an organization that has so many immensely talented and passionate individuals and I'm talking about from all levels, from support positions to our sales team,” she shared. From project management to sales support, Beth has witnessed firsthand the impressive tenure of colleagues, some of whom have dedicated 30, 40 or even 50 years to the company. Beth stated, “Nowadays, that's just unheard of.”  

Before joining Tremco, Beth managed the high-pressure demands of retail. The burnout was real, but she was fortunate to find her way into the roofing industry through a family member. Reflecting on that transition, she admits she never imagined the diverse career paths available in roofing. She noted, “Most people think, ‘Oh, it’s just a guy up on a hot roof in the summer...’ There's just so much more behind it.” 

When asked what she loves most about her job, Beth didn’t hesitate: the people. “I get to work with immensely talented and passionate individuals,” she said. Even with plans to retire in late 2026, Beth is committed to mentoring and preparing her successor. 

Her story stands as a testament to the rewarding, multifaceted careers available in the roofing industry. As Beth puts it, “The sky is the limit in terms of what you can do, especially here at Tremco and WTI.”
