Similar to Jobba’s “No Hassle Demo” the Jobba Select Webinar Series offers an inside look at Jobba in a pressure-free environment, but instead of a standard demo, it will revolve around solving different problems or pain points that contractors face.
Jobba’s July Select Webinar was Insights Into Your Service Department Part 2. The webinar featured a special guest, Ross Friedman, Service Transformation Coach from Sales Transformation Group. Ross has helped hundreds of commercial roofing contractors better understand “what it means to grow and scale a service organization that happens to do roofing.” Paired with Jobba’s Senior Product Specialist, Eugene Zukowski, the webinar was very informational.
Ross and Eugene focused on KPIs, what they are, why they matter, and what KPIs should be tracked within your organization.
“Everything is trending one way or another. We want to understand, at all times, within some type of range where our [company] healthy is.” Ross Friedman answered when asked why KPIs are important.
They also discussed how you can gauge your customers' happiness through surveys. You can quantify the survey results to get a more accurate representation of how your company is performing and where they may be areas of improvement.
