ICP Group appoints Deb Lechner as vice president of marketing to drive growth and innovation

Deb brings more than 30 years of experience in the building products industry to the position.

As vice president of marketing, Deb will report directly to CEO Jay Doubman and serve on the executive leadership team, acting as a strategic marketing partner for the company. With a proven track record of developing and executing customer-focused marketing and business strategies, she will bring her expertise to ICP’s business units, supported by the company’s dedicated marketing team.
