How a successful company culture goes beyond sales and marketing

GLO Group Successful Company Culture
December 20, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.

By Jonny Suchor.

The GLO Group’s influence on innovation and loyalty has become a winning formula for roofing businesses.

On a recent Roofing Road Trips® episode, Heidi J. Ellsworth had a discussion with Monica Vornbrock and Melissa Chapman, the co-founders of The GLO Group. Originating in 2021, The GLO Group is dedicated to assisting roofing industry businesses in creating transformative change by prioritizing cultural alignment and employee engagement.

Monica and Melissa offer an extensive range of experience, having rich backgrounds in business development, marketing and advertising. This inspired the formation of The GLO Group, which is committed to aiding companies with their internal communication and engagement.

Monica shares the story behind how The GLO Group was created. There was a need for a company in the brand engagement market to help communicate and create connections with customers. She explains their approach, saying “Why not look from the inside out and see what it is that we can do to help these companies have more engaged teams and teams that communicate better?" This is just one of the many things The GLO Group specializes in.

This approach allows companies to stay in sync and build their culture. Once both the customer and the company are effectively communicating, Melissa shares, “The customer feels more connected to the brand because it feels more connected to employees are connected to that brand. And then in turn, you're more likely to turn both employees and customers into brand loyalists.” The results of this process can be increased revenue and profitability for your company.

The GLO Group presents a unique perspective centered on cultural alignment. Companies implementing these strategies have the chance to show significant improvements in their innovation and brand loyalty among employees and customers.
