Heidi J. Ellsworth of RoofersCoffeeShop® to Speak at RCAW Bi-Annual Dinner Meeting

Roofing Contractors of Washington meet April 18, 2019 at 5:30 pm PT at the Marriott Hotel Bellevue, Washington.

RoofersCoffeeShop® is excited that our very own Heidi J. Ellsworth will be presenting at the RCAW Bi-Annual Dinner.  She will be sharing leading industry trends that include information on the RoofersCoffeeShop community, National Women in Roofing and Roofing Technology Think Tank.  She will also be sharing a follow-up on her seminar during the RCAW convention earlier this year on sales and marketing for roofing contractors.  RCS is very proud to be a part of this event and support our roofing industry associations.  It is our goal that through the Coffee Shop website, social media, email and live events we are able to share what is happening daily in the roofing industry.

Also presenting during the Bi-Annual dinner will be Keith Martino, author of Expect Leadership, who has a passion for helping construction and roofing business owners achieve stellar results. Martino is head of CMI, a leadership consultancy founded in 1999 that customizes leadership initiatives in the construction, renovation and remodeling industries. In addition, Keith Martino has helped strengthen leadership development programs for major manufacturers to the roofing industry, with articles published in such magazines as Builder, Commercial Construction and Renovation and Remodeling Magazine.

Prior to founding Keith Martino.com and CMI Assessments, Martino has successfully led sales and marketing organizations for multinational companies. His group was twice recognized as the top global accounts team in the world for FedEx.

Keith is also a regular contributor to the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington newsletter.

Heidi and Tim Ellsworth will also be handing out “Next Time You See A Roofer — Look Up To Them” bumper stickers and Roofing Respect window clings.  Be sure to visit with them during the dinner meeting.
