National Roofing Partners (NRP) announced its partnership with H.J. Russell & Company to jointly provide Program Management and Facility Management support for construction and building envelope service and maintenance. The combined teams, singularly known as Russell/NRP, instantly brings 100% Tier 1 (MBE) spend to the roofing / building envelope category. This is instrumental in a diversity spend program that encompasses overall general contracting, project management and full roofing and building envelope services. A 24 hour, 7 days a week call center will facilitate overall outsourced services providing an incredibly strong contribution to diversity spending for their joint customers.
