Gulfeagle Supply proudly announces the successful acquisition of Elite Roofing Supply, furthering its position as the largest family-owned and operated roofing distributor in the nation. The combined entity will now operate
more than 140 branches nationwide.

This acquisition strengthens the capability of Gulfeagle Supply and Elite Roofing Supply to serve a wider market of residential and commercial roofing professionals nationwide. Elite’s existing branch network complements Gulfeagle Supply’s locations with minimal overlap. The combined group will provide a seamless blend of local engagement and national reach.
