In an episode of Roofing Road Trips®, Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with EOS Professional Implementer Stephanie Tsatsos from RapidRevOps to discuss the importance and value of implementing an Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) in the workplace to maximize team efficiency and communication. Stephanie highlighted ways in which business owners can use EOS to their advantage.
As Stephanie shared, “EOS is [an] awesome, powerful, simple way of helping any company, any size, any industry get traction in their business.”
As Stephanie put it, EOS is not a technology, but rather, “A way of really harmonizing and orchestrating the human energy in your company to get stuff done, to get more done.” The system encourages leadership teams to clarify their vision, build traction across the board and create a healthy work environment based on employee collaboration. She added, “[EOS] is a way of operating to get more done in the business.”
Once you understand what EOS is and the value of an operating system in your business, Stephanie emphasized that implementation doesn’t require a complete overhaul. You can start by adopting simple, effective tools to clarify your vision and set your team up for success. Start implementing some of the tools to get really clear on where you're headed [and] to really maximize everything that you can really take advantage of within the tools,” she shared.
Stephanie also noted that implementing an operating system before business performance starts to suffer is key. “EOS is really helpful in helping leaders and companies when they hit the ceiling. The tools really help break through, which is all about bringing things back to a simple state. And getting really clear on taking a step back on where we're going and how we're going to get there with the right people in the right seats.”
