In this industry, equipment is everything. When you have the right equipment, you set your company up for success by improving your jobsite efficiency and keeping your crew safe. In a recent episode of Roofing Road Trips®, Heidi J. Ellsworth sits down with Dave Beiler of Equipter to talk about their newest technology, the Equipter 7000. As Dave explains, “We specialize in the towable, drivable features in most of our equipment. We're all about innovative equipment to help contractors do their jobs more efficiently, safer and cleaner.”
The newest model is just that – an innovative solution to make jobs safer and more efficient. Dave continues, “It takes things to the next level in, well, for one, in its lifting height. So, it goes higher, goes twice as high as the 4000. We're super excited. It's got a lot of new technology that the 4000 doesn't have.”
Building on the success of the Equipter 4000, he shares some of the features and differences with the new model: “On the 7000, one of the coolest features is that it comes with a debris container, just like the 4000, with lids that open, which again is amazing for catching debris. But one of the coolest features with this 7000 is that it's interchangeable now with forks. You could take the debris container off and put forks on it. And then it becomes your material handler to lift materials up to the roof.”
The debris container can lift to 25 feet, offering even more use cases than the Equipter 4000. From interior demolition removal to safely bringing new materials up for a roof replacement, the sky really is the limit.
