Service First Solutions, a company dedicated to helping business owners grow their roofing operations, is excited to announce bilingual field training and waterproofing training. With this new offering, the company is making it easier than ever to ensure that every member of a team, regardless of language preference, can gain the skills to perform essential waterproofing repairs and has the skills necessary for being out in the field.
In today’s competitive market, offering waterproofing services is a valuable opportunity for growth, especially in repair and maintenance departments. By offering these trainings in English and Spanish, Service First Solutions is providing companies with an opportunity to increase revenue by capturing waterproofing repair business from existing customers. With a little training and practice, existing teams will be able to complete waterproofing repairs that they would have previously had to pass on to other experts. This training equips crews with the skills to address issues that clients will trust them to handle — without the need for a separate crew. Service First Solutions will train field staff and estimators via hands-on training, condition review and site surveys when available. There is no better way to strengthen a roofing business’s potential than by adding waterproofing to the list of services offered.
These trainings are taught by Marcelino Torres, a water proofer and roofer. Marcelino started in a truck as a technician and quickly found his way up through the ranks, working as a waterproofing foreman, a superintendent and then onto service estimator. Today, he owns his own small waterproofing company in Dallas, Texas when he's not working with the Service First Solutions team.
