Effective Communication is Key to Business Success

Integrity Insurance Effective Communication
February 6, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

By Alec Doniger.

Integrity Insurance believes in honesty and hard work above all.

Integrity Insurance & Bonding Inc. is a family owned insurance company geared towards the roofing industry. Seth and Ashley Pietsch started Integrity in 2018 with a goal to foster the utmost sense of connection between their company and clients. Ultimately, their mission is to secure the futures of those they represent.

Seth and Ashley are RoofersCoffeeShop® Influencers, and they share similar perspectives on the industry as other family owned contractors. Both must do work that meets their client base’s needs and achieves their professional goals. Their company values are what allow this to happen.

You can count on all RCS influencers and contractors to agree on one thing: effective communication is the most important tool your company has for success. With all the experience they’ve had, Seth and Ashley have discovered where effective communication is vital.

Ashley knows that setting clear expectations and addressing conflict early are two big ways companies can improve relationships with their employees and clients. “Being direct is something all parties within the company need to be transparent about. It’s not about hurting feelings but about expressing feelings and continuing growth,” says Ashley. Direct communication keeps employees focused and reduces the risk of having to work in a dramatic environment.

Garnering a professional reputation takes lots of hard work, so it’s important to have multiple perspectives on your business processes. Paying attention to the tiny details can have a big impact on your business in the long run. For example, both Seth and Ashley say invoicing processes should be looked at from a marketing perspective. A clear, well-worded invoice will give the customer a sense of security. They will see that your operation is a well-organized, legitimate one.

The co-owners of Integrity Insurance have made big strides in the time that they have been doing this, and as RCS influencers, they have had the opportunity to share their wisdom with us all.
