Digital Roofing Technology That Will Change Your Sales Strategy

Roofle Roof Quote Pro 10.6
October 20, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

By Adam Cabrera.

Roofing has entered the digital age, and it's time for contractors and homeowners to reap the benefits.

In a recent episode of the Roofing Road Trips®, Travis Harvego, president of Roofle, and Matthew McDaniel, chief marketing officer and product owner of Roofle, delve into how their technology is innovating the buying and selling process in the industry.

A major part of this change is convenience. Roofle offers homeowners the ability to shop for roofs online, get instant quotes and even schedule appointments. "I think that's really one of the biggest factors is that you're allowing convenience for the consumer to do it on their own time," Travis explained, emphasizing how the platform aligns with the digital preferences of younger generations like millennials and Gen Z.

But convenience doesn't just cater to consumers' ever-changing tastes. Roofle is also building trust through upfront pricing and transparent quotes. "The call to action is so much stronger when people know that they're getting something immediate and something that they're actually looking for," said Matthew. This level of transparency enhances the credibility of contractors and sets the stage for more meaningful conversations between them and homeowners.

Another upside for contractors is the potential for significantly higher conversion rates. Some businesses have reported as much as a 50% close rate on leads generated through Roofle. "The consumer's a lot more interested. The consumer knows what to expect by the time they actually get to the house," Matthew added, emphasizing the shift from hard-selling to educating consumers as a key to conversion.

Contractors who adopt new digital technology like Roofle’s have a chance to set themselves apart from the competition. "Get on board now before it's too late," warned Travis, pointing to the ample room for growth and differentiation in the marketplace.
