Cultivate company culture and increase your bottom line

GLO Group Cultivate Company Culture
January 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

By Dani Sheehan.

External marketing is a necessary tool for expanding your reach. But did you know your company culture affects the customer experience?

You’re great at roofing. You can install a variety of systems better than most and you own your own company. You’re also great at selling and have figured out the most efficient business processes to be successful. But how often do you look at your brand engagement and company culture?

The GLO Group is a full-service, brand engagement firm ready to help you elevate your company’s performance and profitability. In a live interview, Megan Ellsworth recently sat down with Melissa Chapman, one of GLO Group’s founders, to learn more about how they can help roofing companies succeed.

Melissa explains their mission at The GLO Group, saying “We focus on helping organizations get aligned behind their vision and values so that they can count on their customers having the same experience no matter who they work with within that organization.” Generally, this happens when departments are siloed and not properly communicating within a company.

The roofing industry faces unique challenges when it comes to siloes or organizational differences. Melissa continues, “A lot of people in our industry know there’s a lot of mergers and acquisitions that come with cultural differences internally with organizations... We help bring the two cultures together to figure out how they are integrating their processes, their people and their experiences so that everyone is working at their optimum ability.”

To successfully grow your company and establish yourself as a credible business, it’s crucial that your customers have the same experience every time they engage with any part of your company. She tells Megan, “There’s a lot of evidence that the healthier the organization, the more profitable it is. If your company can be more transparent with one another and are communicating the same language, it really is a game changer to your bottom line.”
