Central States Inc., a leader in metal building components, roofing and building packages, announces Jason Monday is joining their Central States Building Works division as the new vice president of sales. Monday will lead a talented team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while building on Central States Building Works’ commitment to providing top-tier products and engineering services to the industry.
“I’ve always had a passion for building, whether it’s developing strategies or developing people,” Monday said. “One of the main motivators for me at Central States Building Works is the opportunity to leave a legacy; the combination of our industry success, our talented team and the entrepreneurial spirit fostered by being 100% employee-owned encourages out-of-the-box thinking and creativity. That’s what truly drives me.”
Monday brings almost three decades of extensive sales, leadership, and marketing experience, forging strong client relationships and leading teams that drive both bottom-line results and customer satisfaction. He comes to Central States from Euroline, a steel window and door manufacturer, where he spearheaded strategic implementations for sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to Euroline, Monday spent much of his career at Nichiha USA, a leading manufacturer of high-functioning cladding for commercial and residential applications, leading frontline B2B sales, including managing, training and motivating sales teams.
“Jason is a fantastic addition to our growing team,” said Jennifer Davis, President of Central States Building Works. “His extensive experience and proven track record in driving sales growth, building high performing teams and building raving fans of our customers will help us to continue to expand the service we provide the industry.”
Central States Building Works (centralstatesco.com) designs and delivers material-only building packages across the United States for commercial, storage, agricultural, industrial and other applications. The business unit was established in 2003 as Central Storage Works, then rebranded to Building Works in recognition of its expansion to additional building types and capabilities. Starting with an idea and a location, the business provides a full portfolio of services from initial estimating to drafting and working through final contracting and engineering stamps, delivering all that is required to erect the building directly to the job site. These custom kits include metal bolt-up buildings, rigid frame metal building systems, carports and garages, self-storage and more. When combined with private label manufacturing capabilities, Building Works enables customers to grow their portfolio of offerings. All Central States Building Works packages include metal building components, which are 100% recyclable and designed with sustainability in mind.
On November 15, 2023, Central States broke ground on a new 105,000-square-foot plant to support the fast-growing pre-engineered metal frame business. The factory, which will open in 2025, expects to grow to 140 employee-owners over the first few years of operation.
