Meet independent sales reps Jim Gostiaux and Ron French and learn what they are bringing to United Asphalts. 

Join us in welcoming two new members of the United Asphalts Team! Jim Gostiaux and Ron French are excited to get started with their work in the BUR market in Michigan and are here for any of your product support needs for that area. We here at United Asphalts wanted to take a moment to showcase the dream team we have. These are the people that are furthering our reputation for great products and services day in and day out.  

Jim and Ron, who work with Falcon Building Solutions and Brave Sales respectively, might be newer team members, but they fit right in! They each bring over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry and we couldn’t be more excited to have them working with us. Learn a little bit more about them each below! 

Jim Gostiaux has just about done it all in the roofing industry. He has over 30 years of industry experience having worked as a union roofer, estimator, owner and independent sales rep. 

Jim knows that having sold and installed a wide variety of roofing products over the years that he can be a great resource for roofing contractors, building owners and distributors alike. Jim has been married for 36 years, lives in suburban Detroit and at the age of 60 continues to enjoy working with everyone in the roofing industry. 

Ron French also has over 30 years of industry experience having started with Owens Corning Fiberglass 32 years ago. Ron has been an independent sales rep in the roofing industry for over 26 years and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in Built-Up roofing  

Ron has been married for 42 years and when he is not working, you will find him either hunting, fishing or tending to his bee hives.
