The roofing industry is dominated by small business, which comes with a unique set of rewards and challenges. In a recent episode of Roofing Road Trips®, Heidi J. Ellsworth caught up with Sue Hawkes, CEO of YESS!, and Jon Gardner, who leads strategic partnerships for Owens Corning, to uncover the secrets to acceleration and growth for your roofing business. They explain the Business Accelerator program at Owens Corning and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementation for fostering innovation and excellence in your company’s culture.  

Jon focuses on helping contractors scale and solve problems that don’t enable them to scale as much as they want to. He expands on the Business Accelerator program, sharing, “We're focusing on some of these really core elements of the business, areas of the business that are super important to get great so that the rest of the business can go where it needs to go to meet our goals and to get where we want it to go, wherever that might be for every one of our contractors.”
