R-Club has recently introduced a confidential Peer Forum designed for business owners and professionals in the roofing industry. This exclusive forum focuses on company culture and facilitates networking through quarterly sessions. The upcoming session will be specially moderated by industry experts Melissa Chapman of The GLO Group and Mandy McIntyre of Level Up Consultants.
The R-Club Culture Peer Forum was created to foster discussions around the importance of workplace communication. Topics of discussion include creating a positive work environment, adapting to digital communication methods, finding common ground among diverse groups, constructive feedback methods and more. The upcoming Peer Forum will particularly focus on managing generation gaps and how to best bridge the divide for a more productive and positive work culture and experience. Melissa and Mandy will guide participants through engaging conversations that will enhance relationships within companies and with customers, helping bring the generations together.
Tune in on May 20, 2024, at 9 a.m. PT to join the conversation as participants dive deep into the ways each generation prefers to communicate and interact in the workplace, the challenges the differences can present and how to best mitigate those challenges. From technology to skill sets, each generation has their preferences, and in this forum, attendees will identify the best ways to encourage cross-generational collaboration and communication.
After the discussion, participate in engaging conversations and group feedback with fellow industry professionals in attendance to make sure you get the most out of your participation and implement these new, insightful strategies to bring your employees together!
