The MRCA is accepting nominations for their Community Impact and Industry Innovation Awards until October 1. 

The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) is hosting their 71st annual MRCA Conference and Expo this November 9-11, 2021 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Milwaukee City Center. At the conference and expo, the Community Impact and Industry Innovation Awards will be presented, which is why the MRCA is asking for nominations now! The deadline to apply is October 1, so get your applications in soon. 

Community Impact Award 

The Community Impact Award recognizes a MRCA member company that demonstrates the spirit of giving back to the community. The Community Impact Award is given to a company with a demonstrated commitment to improving their community or individuals through philanthropy or community service. 

Criteria 

1 - Must be an active member of MRCA 

2 - Contribution (gift or service) must have been performed between January 2020 and August 2021 

3 - Must include testimonial(s) from recipient of the gift or service 

4 - Must include high-resolution photos representing the company's contribution or project's team (jpg, png, pdf, eps file types accepted) 

Industry Innovation Award 

The Midwest Roofing Contractors Association (MRCA) Industry Innovation Award recognizes suppliers and manufacturers who have contributed to the advancement of the roofing industry through innovations or product development related to safety, technology, efficiency, or environment, and significantly improved the well-being of the roofing contractor. 

Criteria 

1 - Innovation or product must contribute to the advancement of the roofing industry through one of the following areas: 

• Safety  

• Technology  

• Efficiency  

• Environment 

2 - Innovation or product must have been developed or introduced into the market between January 2020-August 2021 

3 - Innovation or product must have a direct impact on the safety or well-being of roofing contractors 

4 - Must include high-resolution photos of innovation/product (jpg, png, pdf, eps file types accepted)
